Do You Offer Refunds?
Of course, you have 45 days to ask for a refund and return / Exchange (from the day it reached to your place).
For some reason you don't like the product on reality / It got damaged / Got the wrong product or maybe your product never arrived, and now you want an exchange or refund?
(As well for cases which you order and cancel or want to cancel the order you will get a full refund etc)
Even if the box of the item get opened, and you hold the product in your hand you will be able to return the item and get a refund, you will be needed to provide the order number, your email which you have order with, and few images of the product you have ordered from us and want to return.
In most of the cases you won't need to ship the item to some address since we will refund you without the process of return (so you can consider it as "free-return") or will send you the same new product(in case you want an exchange).

The refunded amount should be available on your bank account from 7 days to 3 weeks from the day we said the refund is processing.
