Do You Offer Refunds?
Of course, you have 45 days to ask for a refund and return / exchange (from the day it was delivered to your door).
If for some reason you don't like the product in person / it got damaged / got the wrong product or maybe your product never arrived, and now you want an exchange or refund?
(As well for cases in which you order and cancel or want to cancel the order you will get a full refund etc.)
Even if the box is open, and you touched the product you will be able to return the product and get a refund, you will need to provide the order number, the email associated with your order, and a few images of the product you ordered from us and want to return.
In most cases you won't need to send the item back, we will refund you without the process of return (so you can consider it as a "free-return") or will send you the same new product(in case you want an exchange).

Your refund should be available on your bank account from 7 days to 3 weeks, starting the day we said your refund is processing.
